Java Tech Lead need to have Rad 8 and WebServices

This is a 6 month contract plus possible extensions in St. Louis Park, MN.

Local candidates will get first look.

I am looking for a Tech Lead with strong Java and WebServices skills.

Skills:

7+ years Java Experience

Experience doing technical design and leading Java developers

Strong Web Service experience – SOAP, JMS, and HTTP

WebSphere Experience using RAD 8

Experience with Java API for XML Processing (JAXP)

Strong communication skills

Able to drive the technical side of projects and delegate effectively.
