Overview:
Lead and participate in the design and development of various applications to support the BO Reporting team. This will involve assisting in the creation of analytical and reporting solutions. The Developer will be responsible for leading the design, development, testing, debugging, maintaining and documenting software components in accordance to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices.

Requirements:

1. Must have 3-5 Prior developing & deploying Business Objects Business Intelligence6.x, XI R2, R3,reporting tools including:
o Business Objects Universes.
o Creating interactive analytics, dashboards or scorecards.
2. Develop programming specifications including design, code and unit test application code using Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices.
3. Must have previous exp working with stakeholders and end users to gain insight and understanding of the use of the dashboard and drill down capabilities.
4. The individual will need to work with limited direction and be able to handle all aspects of the work - technical, user interaction, management, report preparation and presentation.
5. Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization.
6. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator
7. Good writing skills and ability to multi task in the support of this project.
