• Configuration tasks related to the deployment of CRM On Demand in multiple environments.
• Working in a Release 17 environment, configure the application for Contact Management, account Management, Lead management, Opportunity Management and Forecasting based on requirements and design defined to meet identified business processes.
• Support testing activities to remediate configuration issues. Completion of setup documentation and providing weekly standard project status reports.
• Must have a laptop to bring onsite.
• This is onsite work and may require weekend support at times - predefined by the Project Manager
